村卫生室药品管理是整个药品监督管理体系中的一个重要组成部分。为加强和改善村卫生室药品管理,笔者近期抽样调查了盐城市郊区村卫生室药品管理工作,现就调查情况作一分析并提出对策。一、方法和内容采用随机抽样的方法实地检查了72个村卫生室,占全区村卫生室总数的10.7％。其中,实行合作医疗的村7个,占9.7％;实行合防不合医药的村64个,占88.9％;分摊单干的村1个,占1.4％。
Drug management in village clinics is an important part of the entire drug supervision and management system. In order to strengthen and improve drug management in the village clinics, the author has recently conducted a sample survey of drug management in village clinics on the outskirts of Yancheng City. He now makes an analysis of the investigation and proposes countermeasures. I. Methods and Contents Random sampling methods were used to inspect 72 village clinics, accounting for 10.7% of the total number of village clinics in the district. Among them, 7 villages have implemented cooperative medical care, accounting for 9.7%; 64 villages with combined prevention and non-compulsory medicine have taken effect, accounting for 88.9%; and 1 village with assessed contribution alone has accounted for 1.4%.
