现代100%低地板车技术通常采用独立轮对,可以有效降低低地板车辆的设计难度。但独立轮对转向架虽然在性能上得到提升,却由于不存在纵向蠕滑力从而失去直道对中和曲线导向的能力。本文针对该特点进行分析,从电气控制上提出转矩导向方式和转速导向方式。结合现代电机控制技术,把牵引与导向结合为一体将成为发展趋势。文章分别给出了转矩导向和转速导向的方程式、原理图等,分析得出实际应用中转速导向优于转矩导向。
Hyundai 100% low floorcar technology usually adopts independent wheelsets, which can effectively reduce the difficulty of designing low floor vehicles. However, although independent wheel bogies are improved in performance, they lose the ability of straight-line neutralization and curve guidance due to the absence of longitudinal creep. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the proposed from the electrical control of torque-oriented and speed-oriented approach. Combined with modern motor control technology, the combination of traction and guidance will become a trend. The paper gives the equations of torque guidance and speed guidance respectively, the principle diagram and so on. It is analyzed that the speed guidance is better than the torque guidance in practice.
