每米60公斤钢轨自1976年在包钢试制以来,迄今已进行了四批扩大试生产,总数量约8000吨。在今年六、七月份进行第三、四批扩大试生产中,针对过去 P74钢轨钢的一些缺点,如缩孔深入钢锭本体、表面质量不良(主要结疤)、钢质不够清洁及用户认为 P74较脆等,从冶炼上下了功夫,采取了措施,加强了整模工作,认真贯彻了操作规程,改善了冶炼工艺及采取新的保护渣浇注工艺,基本上克服了缩孔深入
