目的 :应用核素内乳淋巴显像技术 ,了解内乳淋巴结有无异常 ,为准确分期和选择正确的治疗方法提供重要依据。方法 :根据显像结果对临床分期进行校正 ,校正后再制定治疗方案。结果 :临床分期校正前后存在明显差异 ,也因此改变了治疗方案。结论 :内乳淋巴显像可以作为一种常规手段 ,检查内乳淋巴情况 ,结合显像结果使临床分期更准确 ,从而选择更合适的治疗方案 OBJECTIVE: To provide an important basis for accurately staging and selecting the correct treatment method by using nuclide lymphadenectomy technique to understand the presence or absence of internal mammary lymph nodes. Methods: According to the imaging results of clinical staging correction, correction and then develop treatment options. Results: There were significant differences before and after the clinical staging correction, thus changing the treatment plan. Conclusion: Intra-breast lymphadenectomy can be used as a routine measure to check the status of internal mammary lymph nodes and to make the clinical staging more accurate in combination with imaging results so as to select a more appropriate treatment plan
