为改变冲击波形和降低轴向冲击载荷,作者提出使冲击活塞的撞击经一个中间件作用于钎杆上的观点。在每一次冲击之后,将在中间件与钎杆末端之间形成一个间隙。图1所示为冲击系统设计简图。质量为M的冲击活塞1以速度V_0冲击质量为m的中间件2。因为M>m,中间件与活塞撞击后反弹冲击钎杆,形成第一次冲击脉冲。当中间件2压在钎杆3上时,冲击活塞产生第二次冲击,在钎杆中形成第二个冲击脉冲。
In order to change the impact waveform and reduce the axial impact load, the author proposes that the impact of the impact piston be applied to the drill rod via an intermediate member. After each impact, a gap will be formed between the middle piece and the end of the rod. Figure 1 shows the impact of the system design.
