重点考察了溶剂蒸发时间、凝胶介质温度及环境相对湿度等动力学因素对PVC/PMMA合金膜的渗透、分离性能的影响。结果表明:随环境相对湿度、凝胶浴温度增大,合金膜的平均孔径增大,水通量上升;蒸发时间延长,合金膜的平均孔径及水通量出现1个最大值。
The effects of solvent evaporation time, gel medium temperature and relative humidity on the permeation and separation performance of PVC / PMMA films were mainly investigated. The results show that the average pore diameter of the alloy membrane increases with the increase of the temperature of the gel bath and the water flux increases with the increase of the relative humidity. When the evaporation time is prolonged, the average pore size and water flux of the alloy membrane show a maximum value.
