利用地理信息系统计算暴雨总量是一种新的尝试。通过对“63.8”暴雨总量的计算,确定了适合计算海河流域暴雨总量的各种参数。用这种方法,从海委局域网上的雨水情实时信息数据库提取降水资料,对“96.8”暴雨笼罩面积和暴雨总量进行了计算,取得了比较满意的结果。因全部过程皆用计算机完成,做到了实时数据收集和雨量计算同时进行,为今后防洪调度及时、科学的决策提供依据。
The use of GIS to calculate the total amount of rainstorms is a new attempt. By calculating the total amount of “63.8” heavy rain, the various parameters suitable for calculating the total amount of rainstorms in the Haihe River Basin were determined. Using this method, precipitation data were extracted from the real-time information database of rainwater conditions on the CMC’s IOC, and the “96.8” rainstorm area and the total amount of rainstorms were calculated. Satisfactory results were obtained. Because the whole process is completed by a computer, so that real-time data collection and rainfall calculation at the same time, in order to provide timely and scientific decision-making for flood control in the future.
