新的编制体制调整后,人武部职工所占的比例较大,对职工的素质要求越来越高,职工在人武部建设中的作用也越来越重要。同职工谈心是人武部经常性思想政治工作的一个重要内容。可是,常见一些干部和职工谈了心后没有多大效果,甚至谈不上几句就“崩了”。从调查了解看,笔者认为,干部同职工谈心时必须做到“四忌”。一忌摆架子。谈心贵在交心。人武部的职工绝大多数工作时间较长,有的职工工龄比部领导的兵龄还长,导致少数老职工有摆老资格的现象。因此,干部在与职工谈心时必须放下“干部”的架子,要以同事、朋友的身份进行谈心,做到以诚相见,推心置腹。只有这样,彼此之间才会有共同的语言,话才会谈得“投机”。

Therefore, when cadres are having to talk with their staff members, cadres must put aside their “cadres” shelf and talk with their colleagues and friends so as to meet each other honestly and push their hearts to their own strengths. Only in this way can we have a common language between each other and words will be “speculative”.
