本文在前人工作的基础上拟定了用硝酸-酒石酸分解试样,空气-乙炔火焰测定铅基合金中银、锌、镁及钠。研究了基体及共存元素的影响,选择了仪器最佳工作条件。方法简便、快速、准确。测定范围;Ag0.01~2.0%;Zn0.001~1.0%;Mg0.001~1.0%;Na0.001~0.05%对六个品种29种牌号的铅基合金进行了回收试验,回收率为95~105%。以银含量0.177%的试样,进行了再现性试验(11次),相对标准偏差为1.7%。
Based on the work of predecessors, this paper developed the determination of silver, zinc, magnesium and sodium in lead-based alloys by nitric acid-tartaric acid decomposition and air-acetylene flame. The effects of matrix and coexisting elements were studied, and the best working condition of the instrument was chosen. The method is simple, fast and accurate. The range of the test was Ag0.01 ~ 2.0%, Zn0.001 ~ 1.0%, Mg0.001 ~ 1.0%, Na0.001 ~ 0.05%. The recovery tests of 29 grades of lead-based alloys of six varieties were carried out with a recovery of 95 ~ 105%. The reproducibility test (11 times) was performed on a sample with a silver content of 0.177% with a relative standard deviation of 1.7%.
