摘要作者在燃烧定容弹模拟装置中,运用高速纹影和同轴远场巨脉冲激光全息技术,对乳化油的油束微观结构动态变化过程进行了测定.基于获得的雾化破碎实验结果,应用新建立的燃烧模型预测发动机的动力、经济性能以及气体排放,对照试验数据,两者基本一致.研究表明,掺水乳化油中的水份有助于降低柴油机的油耗和排放.
Abstract The authors used the high-speed grain and coaxial far-field giant pulse laser holographic technique to determine the dynamic process of the oil-in-oil microstructure of the combustion chamber in a combustion constant volume bomb simulator.According to the obtained results of atomization and crushing experiment, The newly established combustion model is used to predict engine power, economic performance, gas emission and control test data, which are basically the same.The results show that the water content in the emulsified oil can help to reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of diesel engine.
