在高环境温度工况下,空气源冷热水模块机组的制冷性能和运行可靠性随着温度升高而降低。为提高机组制冷性能和运行可靠性,研制了带淋水系统的空气源冷热水模块机组样机,并进行了测试实验。实验结果表明,当室外环境温度控制在35~43℃时,开启淋水系统后机组制冷量最大提升31%,性能系数最大提升达63%,排气压力最大降低20%。
Under high ambient temperature conditions, the cooling performance and operational reliability of air-source hot and cold water module units decrease with increasing temperature. In order to improve the refrigeration performance and operational reliability of the unit, a prototype air-source hot and cold water unit with water shower system was developed and tested. The experimental results show that when the outdoor temperature is controlled at 35 ~ 43 ℃, the cooling capacity of the unit can be increased by 31%, the coefficient of performance can be increased up to 63%, and the discharge pressure can be reduced by 20% at maximum when the watering system is turned on.
