上消化道大出血在儿科属危重症,常引起失血性休克而危及生命。我院自1999年1月～2000年2月对上消化道大出血的30例患儿应用胃镜检查,静脉点滴洛赛克治疗及口服“三联”药物,取得了满意的疗效,现总结如下。
