低温焊接问题对于国民经济有着重要的意义,特别是对我国北部地区的工业企业显得尤为突出。过去由于对周围温度过严的规定,使生产能力的发挥和工地面积的合理利用受到了很大的限制。例如我厂过去的技术条件中明文规定:焊接温度(无论是焊补铸钢件或是焊接低碳纲结构)不许低于+5℃。因此,当气温偶而降低或者车间温度略低时,就会影响车辆及时出厂。本文是以厚12毫米的MCT-3低碳钢板,采用342型M-04牌号焊条,在不同温度下进行焊接的研究结果。
The problem of low temperature welding is of great significance to the national economy, especially to the industrial enterprises in the northern part of our country.
