目的采用HPLC法测定羌活中总阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长316nm。结果阿魏酸0.0059~0.1181μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.08%(RSD=1.71%,n=6)。结论所建方法简便、快捷、重复性好,可作为羌活药材中总阿魏酸的含量测定方法。
Objective To determine the content of total ferulic acid in Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii by HPLC. Method The column was Phenomenex Luna C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution (17:83). The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 316nm. Results The linear range of the peak area was 0.0059 ~ 0.1181μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.08% (RSD = 1.71%, n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. It can be used as a method for the determination of total ferulic acid in Notopterygii herbs.
