员工绩效考核是企业价值理念外延的具体化,建立规范、公平、公正的考核体系是各企业绩效管理的一致追求。但受限于直线管理者的个人理念及管理水平,绩效考核结果往往只能在最小的组织层级内得到公平与公正,一旦需要打破最小组织层级这层壁垒,对企业全体员工进行整体横向比较时,绩效管理工具往往捉襟见肘。本文提出一种基于标准参照系的员工绩效横向对比策略,以亟解决不同组织员工差异可视化难题。
Employee performance appraisal is the embodiment of the concept of enterprise value extension. Establishing a standardized, fair and impartial appraisal system is the consistent pursuit of performance management of all enterprises. However, limited by the personal idea and management level of the line managers, the result of performance appraisal often can only be fair and just within the minimum organizational level. Once the barriers to the minimum organizational level need to be broken down and the overall horizontal comparison of all staff in the enterprise , Performance management tools are often stretched. This paper proposes a horizontal contrast strategy based on a standard frame of reference to employee visualization in different organizations.
