通过对世博会纪念袋包装机工序分析,在ANSYS中分析包装袋的受力位移变形、受力应变、受力应力,找出受力最大点和最大位移及应力值,提出最佳的工作原理,并通过包装机的凸轮机构、翻板机构、机械手等机构优化,最终实现此包装袋的高效、合理的加工。
Through the analysis of the packaging process of the commemorative bag packaging machine in World Expo, the stress displacement, stress and stress of the packaging bag are analyzed in ANSYS to find out the maximum stress and the maximum displacement and stress value of the bag, and the best working principle is put forward. And through the packaging machine cam mechanism, flap mechanism, manipulator and other agencies to optimize, and ultimately achieve the efficient packaging, and reasonable processing.
