中国21世纪初基础教育领域进行了课程改革,经过几年的课程改革试验,国家编制完成了《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》。从获得“四基”、增强能力、培养科学态度三个角度,主要变化表现为:坚持“双基”的同时增加了“二基”;坚持“分析和解决问题能力”的基础上增加“发现和提出问题的能力”;情感态度与价值观方面坚持“了解价值、创新意识和科学态度”增加了“学习兴趣和习惯”。
