在苏州现代传媒广场地下室结构基础设计中,采用变刚度调平方法,对塔楼和裙房基础进行优化设计,调整差异沉降;对塔楼桩基采用后注浆技术,提高单桩承载力,保证在有限的塔楼核心筒范围内布置合适的桩数,充分挖掘桩基承载的潜力。地下室外墙采用两墙合一技术,极大节约了土建成本,缩短了施工工期,取得良好的经济效益;局部紧邻地铁沿线处考虑双墙结构,避免引起地铁沿线的水土扰动,保证安全运行。加强主体结构和连续墙的连接构造,保证其与主体结构受力构件整体协调。
In the basement structure design of Modern Media Plaza in Suzhou, the method of variable stiffness leveling is adopted to optimize the design of tower and podium foundation to adjust the differential settlement.
