社会经济活动中,企业之间的合同是商品交换的法律表现形式。但是受到传统计划经济和人情理念的影响,许多单位对经济合同管理并没有给予足够的重视。经常会出现由于管理制度不完善、文件资料不规范,甚至员工风险管理意识淡薄而出现的合同纠纷问题,导致企业出现经济损失和业务流失,严重影响了企业的健康稳定发展。因此对经济合同管理现状和存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性的管理对策,能够有效的维护企业的合法权益,促进经济效益的提升。
In socio-economic activities, the contract between enterprises is the legal form of commodity exchange. But by the traditional planning economy and the concept of human feelings, many units did not pay enough attention to the management of economic contracts. Often due to imperfect management system, non-standard documentation, and even employee awareness of risk management weaknesses arising from contract disputes, leading to economic losses and business losses, seriously affecting the healthy and stable development of enterprises. Therefore, the current situation of economic contract management and existing problems are analyzed, and pointed out that the management measures can effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and promote economic efficiency.
