[目的]研究血小板源性生长因子-BB(platelet-derived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)在乳腺癌组织的表达及其在肿瘤淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移中的作用。[方法]酶组织化学标记58例乳腺癌标本和10例正常乳腺组织的淋巴管并计数,免疫组织化学方法检测PDGF-BB蛋白表达,分析PDGF-BB与微淋巴管密度(LMVD)及淋巴结转移等临床病理参数间关系。[结果]PDGF-BB表达强度在乳腺癌转移组(6.59±1.46)高于未转移组(2.90±1.76),PDGF-BB表达阳性组LMVD(64.11±12.77)显著高于阴性组(49.70±10.27),乳腺癌淋巴结转移组LMVD(70.00±9.04)也显著大于无转移组(52.48±11.60),乳腺癌组织淋巴管密度(LVD)(60.74±13.46)显著高于正常乳腺组织(46.67±7.20)(P<0.05)。[结论]PDGF-BB可促进乳腺癌淋巴管生成,有助于肿瘤细胞经淋巴道发生远处淋巴结转移。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) in breast cancer and its role in tumor lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis. [Methods] The lymphatic vessels of 58 cases of breast cancer and 10 cases of normal breast tissue were labeled by enzyme histochemistry. The expression of PDGF-BB protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expressions of PDGF-BB, lymphatic vessel density (LMVD) and lymph node metastasis Clinicopathological parameters such as the relationship between. [Results] The expression of PDGF-BB in breast cancer metastasis group (6.59 ± 1.46) was significantly higher than that in non-metastasis group (2.90 ± 1.76), PDGF-BB positive group was significantly higher than that in negative group (64.11 ± 12.77, 49.70 ± 10.27 ). The LMVD (70.00 ± 9.04) in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was also significantly higher than that without metastasis (52.48 ± 11.60), and the LVD (60.74 ± 13.46) in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in normal breast (46.67 ± 7.20) (P <0.05). [Conclusion] PDGF-BB can promote the lymphangiogenesis of breast cancer and contribute to the distant lymph node metastasis of tumor cells through lymph nodes.
