采用气相色谱法对苦参·氰乳油农药中烟碱进行含量测定。在 0 .3～ 0 .8g/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9998(n =6 ) ,平均回收率为 98.93 % (RSD =1.6 8% ,n =6 )。
Determination of nicotine in kushen · Cyanide EC pesticides by gas chromatography. The linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.3 ~ 0.8 g / L, r = 0.9998 (n = 6). The average recovery was 98.93% (RSD = 1.6 8%, n = 6).
