目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定悬浮剂中高效氯氰菊酯含量的方法。方法样品用乙腈超声溶解,用水+乙腈(23+77)在色谱柱上分离,高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器(或者二极管阵列检测器)测定。结果该方法检出限为6.4 mg/kg,在200~2 000μg/m l范围内,相对标准偏差为0.20%~0.87%,回收率为93%~103.5%。结论该方法适应性好,有良好的稳定性和可靠性,适用于高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂中高效氯氰菊酯含量的测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of beta-cypermethrin in suspensions. Methods Samples were dissolved in acetonitrile by sonication, separated on a column with water + acetonitrile (23 + 77), and measured by high performance liquid chromatography - UV detector (or diode array detector). Results The detection limit was 6.4 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation was 0.20% ~ 0.87% and the recovery was 93% ~ 103.5% in the range of 200 ~ 2000μg / ml. Conclusion The method has good adaptability, good stability and reliability and is suitable for the determination of beta-cypermethrin in beta-cypermethrin suspension.
