华北铝业有限公司为适应国际贸易与发展的需要,积极参与国际、国内市场竟争,从1993年以来,认真贯彻GB/T 19000-ISO 9000 《质量管理和质量保证》系列标准.按照该标准,建立了文件化的质量体系,使之有效运行,并于1994年10月顺利通过了北方评审中心的审核,1995年7月通过了英国AOQC认证有限公司的评审,分别获得了国际和国内颁发的质量体系注册证书,成为河北省首家通过国际和国内认证的大型企业.现将贯彻该标准和开展质量体系认证的具体做法,以及取得的成绩和今后努力的方向总结如下.一、贯标中的具体做法1.全员培训,提高质量意识在质量体系认证工作中,公司坚持始于教育:一是多次派专业人员参加上级主管部门举办的该标准培训班、内部审核员培训班和中央电视台举办的体系文件编写讲座等,先后达30人次;二是聘请专家为中层以上干部授课,讲解国际、国内的质量形势;三是对24名认证业务骨干进行为期一周的培训;四是对部室人员及班组长以上人员进行培训共600人次;五是开展有关该标准的知识竞赛,并利用广播、板报进行宣传,从而提高了全体员工的质量意识和贯标意识.
In order to meet the needs of international trade and development, North China Aluminum Co., Ltd. has actively participated in international and domestic market competitions.
