这套易筋经旅途健身操是在易筋经健身操的基础上改编而成,其主要作用是促进和改善血液循环,增强机体的免疫力,缓解和消除因久坐造成的疲劳。习练时呼吸宜轻缓自然,习练过程中应注意不宜用口代替鼻呼吸,也不可强呼强吸,更不可憋气用力,以免出现不适。做操前应先调整身心,以宽松自然的心态和姿态进行习练。习练时松和紧都很重要,松的时候要身心都放松,紧的时候应用内力渐紧,即用力要柔软均匀,不要用僵劲,这样才能刚柔相济,内外浑圆,收到理想的健身效果。
