采用一阶导数光谱法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片剂的含量，平均回收率为１００．６３％，ＲＳＤ为０．４７％（ｎ＝６），方法简便、快速，可消除赋形剂干扰，适用于乙酰螺旋霉素的片剂测定。
The first derivative spectrometry was used to determine the content of acetylspiramycin tablets with the average recovery of 100.63% and the RSD of 0.47% (n = 6). The method was simple and rapid and could eliminate the interference of excipients. Acetylspiramycin tablets were tested.
