为减轻双氯灭痛的刺激性，由双氯灭痛和赖氨酸合成制备了双氯灭痛赖氨酸盐，产率为８０％以上．并在２８２ｎｍ波长处测量其吸光度定量，结果表明，双氯灭痛赖氨酸盐含量在９２％以上．
To reduce the irritation of diclofenac, diclofenac and lysine were prepared by the synthesis of diclofenac lysine, with a yield of over 80%. The absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 282 nm. The results showed that the content of diclofenac lysine was above 92%.
