本文旨在研究自制的工业13X沸石对水体系的吸附脱附循环的能量转移,为利用太阳能或其它热源驱动沸石吸附装置制冷、生热提供基本数据。文中讨论了沸石吸附能力、吸附速度、脱附速率、吸附热及过程中体系的压力变化对制冷效果的影响。实验结果表明,13X沸石在120℃和200℃脱附的单次循环中可分别转移能量65.5和88.5千卡。
The purpose of this paper is to study the energy transfer of self-made industrial 13X zeolites for adsorption and desorption cycles of water systems and to provide basic data for cooling and heat generation of zeolite adsorption devices driven by solar energy or other heat sources. In this paper, the influence of zeolite adsorption capacity, adsorption rate, desorption rate, adsorption heat and the pressure change of the system on the refrigeration effect are discussed. The experimental results show that 13X zeolite can transfer energy 65.5 and 88.5 kcal respectively in a single cycle of desorption at 120 ℃ and 200 ℃.
