研究了两种不同制度淬火以及淬火后的冷加工对Zr-1Nb合金抗360℃,18.6MPa高温水和500℃,10.3MPa高温蒸汽腐蚀性能的影响,并对影响机理进行了分析。研究表明,无论是(α+β)双相区淬火还是严单相区淬火,都使合金的抗高温水和高温蒸汽腐蚀性能严重恶化,淬火后的450℃,16h时效没有改变这种现象;在淬火与时效间加一道冷加工能有效改善淬火态合金的抗腐蚀性能。
The effects of quenching of two different systems and cold working after quenching on the corrosive properties of Zr-1Nb alloy at high temperature of 360 ℃ and 18.6MPa and at high temperature of 500 ℃ and 10.3MPa were studied. The influence mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that both the quenching of the (α + β) dual phase and the quenching of the single phase quenching severely deteriorate the corrosion resistance of the alloy at high temperature and high temperature. The quenching at 450 ℃ for 16h does not change the phenomenon. After quenching And aging plus a cold working can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of quenched alloys.
