[目的]研究血栓弹力图(ThrombelastographTEG)检查在脑梗塞患者抗血小板药物个体化治疗中的应用。[方法]对我院2008年8月～2010年5月之前未服用抗血小板药物的68例急性脑梗患者分别在使用阿斯匹林治疗前和治疗后1周进行血栓弹力图(TEG)检查,并进行对比,对出现阿期匹林抵抗患者,改服氯吡格雷,分别在口服前和口服后1周进行TEG检查,并进行对比。[结果]出现阿期匹林抵抗的急性脑梗患者在口服其他抗血小板药物后血小板抑制率明显改善。[结论]TEG对脑梗塞患者抗血小板个体化治疗具有指导作用。
[Objective] To study the application of Thrombelastograph TEG in the individualized antiplatelet therapy in patients with cerebral infarction. [Methods] Sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction who did not take antiplatelet drugs before August 2008 ~ May 2010 in our hospital were examined by TEG before and after treatment with aspirin , And compared to clopidogrel for patients with aspirin resistance, TEG examination was performed one week before and after oral administration, and compared. [Results] Patients with acute cerebral infarction who had resistance to aspirin had a significant improvement in platelet inhibition after oral administration of other antiplatelet drugs. [Conclusion] TEG can guide the antiplatelet therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.
