目的:为了解辽西地区儿童头发中微量元素的含量及其对儿童生长发育的作用,并为该地区制定儿童头发微量元素的正常范围提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法检测567例儿童微量元素锌、铁、钙、钾、镁、铅。结果:各年龄组儿童发中6种元素锌、铁含量检测结果呈正态分布,其余成偏态分布;各年龄组间微量元素的含量均有显著性差异。结论:该地区儿童微量元素营养状况处在一个较低的水平,在制定正常值范围时,可以考虑采用百分位数法P25做为正常值下限,P90做为正常值上限。
Objective: To understand the content of trace elements in the hair of children in western Liaoning and their effects on the growth and development of children, and to provide basis for the normal range of children hair trace elements in this area. Methods: The trace elements zinc, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and lead of 567 children were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The detection results of six elements of zinc and iron in children hair of all age groups showed a normal distribution, and the rest were in a skewed distribution. The content of trace elements in each age group was significantly different. Conclusion: The nutritional status of trace elements in children in this area is at a low level. When setting the normal range, P25 may be considered as the lower limit of normal value and P90 as the upper limit of normal value.
