平菇特别适合城市栽培,但在推广中遇到的主要问题是高温季节一些厂家因无冷冻降温设备而停产。为了推动食用菌的发展,笔者对自己分离和搜集保藏的部分平菇品种,做了夏季出菇(25~30℃)比较试验。材料与方法菌种75322(Pleurotus ostreatus),78010(Pleurotus sp)和75531(Pleurotus citrinopileatus)系笔者分离;5.39(Pleurotus sapidus)和5.185(Pleurotus sajor-caju)系引自中国科学院北京微生物所;8101(pleurotus sp)系黄廷芳同志赠送。采用室内瓶栽,常规培养方法。固体培养料系硬杂木屑78%、麦麸20%、葡萄糖1%、CaCO_31%,自然pH,含
