60kR 以下γ射线辐照小麦、高梁干种子,对其发芽无明显影响,40—60kR 苗高显著降低,胚根受抑。5kR 辐照高梁愈伤组织,其生长受抑,绿苗分化率下降一半。辐照抑制效应在小麦愈伤组织中表现较迟缓,5kR 抑制根的分化,转分化培养30天后,50%以上愈伤组织转色死亡,40-60kR 愈伤组织巨型细胞增加。不同试材的愈伤组织辐射敏感性不同,但均比干种子敏感。
Irradiation of wheat and sorghum dry seeds under the 60kR γ-ray did not affect their germination. The 40-60kR seedling height was significantly reduced and the radicle root was inhibited. 5kR irradiated sorghum callus, its growth inhibition, half of the decline of green seedlings. Radiation-inhibiting effect was delayed in wheat callus, and 5kR inhibited root differentiation. After 30 days of transdifferentiation, more than 50% of callus died of transfusions and 40-60kR callus of giant cells increased. Radiation sensitivity of callus of different materials was different, but all were more sensitive than dry seeds.
