2009年初,我校开始进行“小班化”研究,对我而言,“小班化”这个名词是陌生的。从毕业以来,我教的都是大班,从教十多年来,我习惯了面对一片“黑压压”的脑袋讲演,习惯了在好学生的准确回答中陶醉,习惯了在成堆的作业本中耕耘。然而,就在这个时候,我认识了一个崭新的名词——“小班化教育”。班额的改变,带来的是教学方式和学习方式的改变,是教师教育思想和教学行为的改变。我不得不重新审视自己固有的思想观念,重新思考自己的教育教学方式,一向要强的我陷入了迷惘和慌张。时间不允许我犹豫,我迫不及待地投入到学校学习和实践“小班化教育”的洪流中。一、学习“小班化教育”理论,树立“小班化教育”观念什么是“小班化教育”?如何开展“小班化教育”?这是我最想弄清楚的两个问题。刚开始,我觉得小班化教育就是人数少了,桌椅摆放变化了,教室的环境美了。经历了多少次的培训交流,多少次的专业引领,多少次的思想碰撞,多少次的反复实践,多少次的课堂观察后,我渐渐明白,小班化教育不仅仅是我最初所想的那样,而是在教学上更加强调关注每一个。我开始改变,改变自己的备课、教学,让自己更深入地读懂学生,改变自己的角色。

This is what I most want to figure out two A question. At the beginning, I think the small class education is the number of small, table and chairs placed changes, the classroom environment beautiful. After many times of training exchange, how many times professional lead, how many times thought collision, how many repeated practice, how many times of classroom observation, I gradually understand that small-class education is not only what I originally thought, But more emphasis on teaching each concern.
