本文观察阿魏酸钠对常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血小板5分钟最大聚集率(5′MAR)、血浆 TXB_2及6-Keto-PGF_(12),右心室重量[R/BW,R/(L+S)]的影响。结果表明:常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠右心室重量增加,血小板聚集率增强,血浆 TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(12)含量升高,均较对照组有显著差异。给阿魏酸钠,每天200mg/kg 共两周。治疗组大鼠血小板聚集率、血浆 TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(12)均下降,分别为缺氧组的20.9%,33.4%及42.5%(P<0.01)。右心室重量仍较对照组增加,与缺氧性肺动脉高压组无差别。以上结果揭示阿魏酸钠可抑制常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血小板活性,降低其血浆 TXB_2及6-keto-PGF_(12)含量,但在所用剂量下不能防止缺氧所致右心室肥厚。
