在大力倡导素质教育的今天,对学生的评价已由单纯重视分数转向对学生进行全方位、多方面的评价,因此对学生道德层面的评价受到越来越多教育工作者的重视。道德教育作为学校教育的重要方面,对学生的思想品质、道德素养的培养具有重要作用,是学生成人、成才必不可少的条件。尤其是处于小学阶段的学生,他们身心发展还未成熟,对于道德还缺少认知,同时,这一阶段也是对学生进行道德教育、传授道德知识、养成良好道德品质的黄金时期。所以,小学教育工作者要抓住这个关键期,培养小学生的思想道德品质,为小学生的发展打下坚实的基础。然而,我们可以看到,如今的小学德育工作已经取得了一定的成绩,但值得注意的是德育工作也面临一些问题,制约着小学生的发展。因此,改变传统的德育,创新德育方法成为德育工作的重要内容。
In today’s vigorous advocacy of quality education, the evaluation of students has been shifted from simply focusing on scores to students in all aspects and in various aspects. Therefore, the evaluation of students’ morality is valued by more and more educators. As an important aspect of school education, moral education plays an important role in cultivating students’ ideological quality and moral qualities. It is an indispensable condition for students to become adults and become successful. Especially in elementary school, their physical and mental development are immature and their cognition of morality is still lacking. At the same time, this phase is also a golden period of moral education for students, imparting moral knowledge and cultivating good moral character. Therefore, primary school educators should seize this crucial period and cultivate the ideological and moral qualities of pupils so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of primary pupils. However, we can see that some achievements have been made in today’s moral education in primary schools. However, it is worth noting that moral education also faces some problems that restrict the development of pupils. Therefore, to change the traditional moral education and innovate the moral education has become an important part of moral education.
