研究和开发基于热传输理论的方坯连铸机二冷水在线控制模型-目标表面温度控制模型,实现二冷区凝固状态的动态模拟,各回路配水参数的实时计算。并以首钢三炼钢厂2号连铸机40Cr方坯为研究对象,分析拉速和过热度等参数对铸坯表面温度和凝固状态的影响,同时也讨论了由于某种原因、某段供水量产生波动时,在不同的控制方法下,对后续冷却段温度变化的影响。
