介绍一种凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)快速鉴定方法:“两步一补法”。并用此方法鉴定传统发酵香肠中CNS的分布情况。CNS菌株先经二步鉴定:第一步4h,包括:蕈糖、尿素酶、碱性磷酸酶;第二步24h,包括:鸟氨酸脱羧酶、新生霉素敏感性、磷霉素敏感性、厌氧生长。极少数不能鉴定的CNS菌株,用补充试验完成结果。能鉴定出发酵香肠中CNS的22个种及2个亚种,本文两步法能鉴定出发酵香肠中64%以上常见CNS菌种,仅36%的菌株需用补充实验证实。
A rapid method for the identification of coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS) is introduced: “Two steps and one supplement”. This method was used to identify the distribution of CNS in traditional fermented sausages. CNS strain first identified by two steps: the first step 4h, including: mushroom sugar, urease, alkaline phosphatase; the second step 24h, including: ornithine decarboxylase, novobiocin sensitivity, fosfomycin sensitivity Anaerobic growth. A very small number of unidentified CNS strains are complemented with supplemental tests. 22 species and 2 subspecies of CNS in fermented sausage can be identified. In this paper, 64% of the common CNS species in fermented sausage can be identified by this two-step method, and only 36% of the strains need to be confirmed by supplementary experiments.
