目的:考察HPLC法用于头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物测定的可行性。方法:色谱柱:聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚物的填充色谱柱,检测波长:280nm,进样量:20ul;流动相:0.032mol/L LiBr溶液;流速为0.5 mL·min-1。结果:头孢呋辛酯色谱条件经方法学考察均符合要求,在0.059mg·mL-1~0.5963mg·mL-1范围内,溶液浓度与聚合物峰面积呈线性相关,回归方程为:Y=636267X-55234,r=0.9997。结论:头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物浓度可使用高效液相色谱的方法测定,所采用的方法准确可靠,可考虑用于头孢呋辛酯及其类似物的高分子聚合物测定。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of HPLC method for the determination of high molecular weight polymers in cefuroxime axetil. Methods: The column was packed with polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. The injection volume was 20ul. The mobile phase was 0.032mol / L LiBr solution. The flow rate was 0.5 mL · min-1. Results: The chromatographic conditions of cefuroxime axetil met the requirements of the methodological study. The linear range of the concentration was 0.059 mg · mL -1 ~ 0.5963 mg · mL -1. The regression equation was: Y = 636267X-55234, r = 0.9997. CONCLUSION: The concentration of high molecular weight polymer in cefuroxime axetil can be determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The method is accurate and reliable and can be used in the determination of macromolecular polymers of cefuroxime axetil and its analogs.
