由中外产品报社和全国稀土情报网联合主办的“中国首届稀土“神龙杯”名优产品评比暨中国第三届稀土企业家联谊会”于1988年8月10～13日在北戴河召开。参加会议的有来自全国各地的稀土厂矿、应用企业、科研院所、外贸单位、新闻机构及管理部门共150个单位341人。会上共有98家企业200多项稀土产品参加了评比,这是我国首次跨行业、部门对稀土产品质量进行评比的会议。大会筹委会聘请了全国稀土办、全国稀土情报网
The “China’s First Rare Earth” Shenlong Cup “Famous Product Evaluation & China Third Rare Earth Entrepreneurs Association” co-sponsored by Chinese and foreign products newspapers and the National Rare Earth Intelligence Network was held in Beidaihe on August 10-13, 1988. Participants at the conference included 341 plants and 150 units of rare earth mines, enterprises, research institutes, foreign trade units, news agencies and management departments from all over the country. A total of 98 enterprises at the meeting more than 200 rare earth products participated in the appraisal, which is China’s first cross-sectoral, departments on the quality of rare earth products meeting.
