家族企业,最早的企业雏形之一,在不同阶段表现出显著不同的阶段性特征,呈现出强烈的动态发展性,公司治理也是一个动态的过程,同时由于经济的不断发展,在不同的阶段所表现得特征一不尽相同,在不断发展变化的经济环境下公司治理的具体模式也不相同,世界上并没有一种固定的模式或标准用来借鉴。如何结合各国的经济、技术条件和市场、法制环境,构建适合本国公司实际情况的公司治理模式,需要从制度层面分析解决才能有效的传承和保证家族企业公司治理动态发展。
