社会主义公共关系作为一门现代化管理科学,正在稳步地进入我们的经济生活和政治生活,逐步向企业的经济决策和生产过程中渗透,使我们的各项工作与企业内部及外部公众愈来愈紧密地联系起来,为此,研究探讨行业中的公共关系是我们企业能否持续发展的重要环节,是摆在我们面前的一项刻不容缓的工作。一、“行业公关”的概念及主要内容“公共关系”其基本概念有三:一是妥善处理同各种公众的关系;二是增进了解,科学决策种种行动;三是运用信息传播处理社会关系。
