黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)是我国主要食用菌之一,长期以来都是采用段木栽培,成本高,生产周期长(3年左右)单产低,每100公斤木材只产干耳1.5公斤左右时间,经济效益不高。且目前耳林资源不足,使黑木耳生产发展受到限制。近年来,改用木屑、棉籽壳、稻草、玉米芯、甘蔗渣等代料栽培,为广泛发展黑木耳生产开避了新的途径。代料栽培从接种到出菇只需2个月左右,生产周期只4个月左右,比传统栽培缩短很多,一年可进行春、秋两季种植。每100
