测井仪器通常设计用于解决给定井问题和获取特定信息。但是,在某些情况下,有可能利用同样的仪器解决不同的问题。本文描述几个实例:利用TDT(热中子衰减时间测井仪)和GPT(砾石充填测井仪)研究老生产井套管和油管之间重晶石堆积;利用USI(超声成像仪)评价油井套管内侧沥青覆盖层;以及比较CBL(水泥胶结测井)和USI仪在同心套管井中的应用。
Logging tools are often designed to solve given well problems and to obtain specific information. However, in some cases, it is possible to use the same instrument to solve different problems. Several examples are described in this article: Barite accumulation between casing and tubing in older production wells is studied using TDT (Thermal Neutron Attenuation Time Tool) and GPT (Gravel Packed Logging Tool); using USI (Ultrasound Imager) In-place bitumen cladding for well casing; and the application of CBL (cement cementing logging) and USI in concentric cased wells.
