目的观察不同剂量复方苦豆子对自发性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠血压、血脂和体重的影响。方法 48只自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)大鼠喂饲高脂饲料建模,4周后随机分为5组:模型组,复方苦豆子高、中、低剂量组(11.13,5.56,2.78 g/(kg·d)),阳性对照组,另9只SHR为对照组,10只Wistar大鼠为正常对照组。试验8周。给药前、给药1、2、4、6、8周测大鼠体重和收缩压(SBP);给药前、给药4、8周测大鼠血浆胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果与模型组比较,药物高、中剂量组SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C明显降低(P<0.01),体重和HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论复方苦豆子对自发性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠具有降压、调脂作用,同时减缓模型大鼠体重的降低。
Objective To observe the effects of different doses of Compound Sophora alopecuroides on blood pressure, blood lipid and body weight in spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods Forty eight spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were fed with high fat diet and were randomly divided into five groups after 4 weeks: model group, Compound Sophora flavescens high, middle and low dose group (11.13, 5.56, 2.78 g / (kg · d)), positive control group, the other 9 SHR as control group, 10 Wistar rats as normal control group. Test for 8 weeks. Administration of 1,2,4,6,8 weeks before administration of body weight and systolic blood pressure (SBP); before administration, administered 4,8 weeks after administration of rat plasma cholesterol (TC), triglyceride TG, HDL-C and LDL-C. Results Compared with the model group, SBP, TC, TG and LDL-C in the high and middle dose groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the body weight and HDL-C levels were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Compound Sophora flavescens has the effects of lowering blood pressure and regulating lipid in spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperlipidemia, and at the same time, it can reduce the body weight of rats.
