【摘 要】
：
家访是班主任与家长联系的重要工作，是保持学校教育与家庭教育连续性的重要途径。做好新时期家访有“六宜六忌”。 一、宜面向全体，忌关注少数 班级教育是一种集体教育形式，班主任要关注全体学生的发展，努力实现“让每一个学生都能成功”“让每一个学生都能健康成长”的教育目标。为此，接到班级管理工作任务后，班主任不能只根据学生家庭情况表“圈定”少数家访对象，而要面向全体学生，有计划地对每一个学生家庭进行访问
