浙江省日前率先全面启动的“法治浙江”建设,与党的十六大以来该省实施“八八战略”、建设“平安浙江”和文化大省等重大决策,有机构成了浙江经济、政治、文化和社会建设“四位一体”的总体布局。建设“法治浙江”,关键是推进法治政府建设,“十一五”是全面推进依法行政、加快建设法治政府的关键时期。我们期待该省各级党委和政府在进一步理顺政府与市场、政府与社会、政府与企业的关系,努力建设高效的法治政府方面取得突破性进展。 Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in fully launching the “rule of law in Zhejiang” construction.
