文章是对我国期货经纪公司建立培训体系应注意的问题及建议的探讨。文章在简要阐述了期货经纪公司的功能,工作人员的构成以及我国期货经纪公司面临的发展机遇与挑战,通过对企业培训中经常出现的问题分析即培训的目的性、针对性不强,缺乏整体规划,培训对象不包括高层领导人员,培训方法单一、内容脱离实际,缺乏激励机制和考核机制,高层领导不参加培训,并希望我国期货经纪公司建立培训体系应该加强对这些问题的注意,并就我国期货经纪公司培训体系提出了一些建议。
The article is a discussion on the problems and suggestions that should be paid attention to when establishing the training system for the futures brokerage in our country. The article briefly expounds the function of the futures brokerage company, the composition of the staff and the development opportunities and challenges that the futures brokerage companies in our country face. Through the analysis of the problems frequently encountered in the training of enterprises, namely the purpose of the training, the lack of pertinence and the lack of the whole Planning and training targets do not include top leaders, training methods, a single, content from reality, the lack of incentives and assessment mechanisms, senior leadership does not participate in training and hope that our futures brokerage companies to establish a training system should strengthen the attention of these issues, and on China Futures brokerage company training system made some suggestions.
