用三扫描极化测量、背散射和电镜方法研究了离子束混合Al(Ti),Al(Pd)非晶合金层在NaHCO3溶液(中的钝化.Ti35Al65的腐蚀速率为纯铝的1/24,而Pd30Al70的腐蚀速率比纯铝增大了44%.这说明用离子轰击方法制备耐腐蚀合金材料时,合金元素的电化学性质仍然是起主导作用的因素.
The passivation of ion beam mixed Al (Ti) and Al (Pd) amorphous alloy in NaHCO3 solution was studied by three-scan polarizer, backscatter and electron microscope. The corrosion rate of Ti35Al65 was 1/24 , While the corrosion rate of Pd30Al70 is 44% greater than that of pure aluminum, indicating that the electrochemical properties of alloying elements are still the dominant factors in the preparation of corrosion resistant alloy materials by ion bombardment.
