采用超临界流体萃取法、快速溶剂萃取法、回流法、微波法、超声法和温浸法对江南卷柏中双黄酮类化合物进行提取,以穗花杉双黄酮作为标准物质,应用高效液相色谱考察不同溶剂提取物中双黄酮的含量。此外,采用3种不同的体外抗氧化方法,评价不同方法提取物对不同自由基的清除效果。结果表明:江南卷柏的回流提取物中穗花杉双黄酮的含量最高;不同方法的提取物均具有清除DPPH·、O_2~-和OH·的能力,且清除能力与提取物溶液浓度存在量效关系,回流提取物清除各自由基能力较强。
The biflavonoids from Selaginella konjac were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction, rapid solvent extraction, reflux, microwave, ultrasonic and temperature soaking. The content of bflavone in different solvent extracts was investigated. In addition, three different in vitro antioxidant methods were used to evaluate the effect of different methods on the removal of different free radicals.
