在一些油田勘探中,遇到岩性坚硬破碎的地层,给石油取芯带来很大困难,因此,石油部于1982年下达了“硬地层金刚石取芯钻头合理结构和破碎过程的研究”任务,由华东石油学院,华北石油管理局,地质矿产部无锡钻探工具厂协作研制Q50-yyA型和Q50-yyB型钻头,经过二年多来的研制、试用、取得良好效果,于85年5月23日至25日在无锡通过技术鉴定,填补了我国石油硬地层孕镶金刚石钻头的空白。
In some oilfield exploration, encountering lithologically hard-fractured formations poses great difficulties for oil coring. Therefore, the Ministry of Petroleum issued the task of “Research on Reasonable Structure and Crushing of Hard-Layered Diamond Core Drills” in 1982 , Developed by the East China Petroleum Institute, North China Petroleum Administration, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Wuxi drilling tools factory co-developed Q50-yyA and Q50-yyB drill, after more than two years of development, trial, and achieved good results in May 1985 23 to 25 in Wuxi through technical appraisal, to fill China’s hard rock inlaid diamond bits blank.
